I've already posted Landon and Emily's engagements and Emily's bridals. They are such a beautiful couple inside and out and I'm so thankful that Seth and I could document their wedding for them and their families. If you have read my other posts about them you know that I've know Emily and her family for a long time so this wedding was extra special to me. On their wedding day when we arrived Emily was super stressed/nervous/anxious about everything. Her family and friends where making the Katy Depot in Denison, Texas look even more beautiful for their day, a family friend arrived to save the day and remake her gorgeous cascading bouquet and family was arriving for their family photos. When they were both finished getting ready we went outside for their first look, and Emily said that seeing Landon helped all that stress and nerves go away. She was so much more relaxed, at least for a bit. They spent some time talking, not worrying about everything else, took a moment to pray, and then we continued with their portraits, photos with the wedding party and their families. I hope you enjoy seeing a glimpse into their beautiful wedding as much as I enjoyed photographing it.
If the video isn't working click here to watch it! It's worth it!
Quick note: David was their officiant, he was also the officiant for our wedding too!
After the ceremony while everyone was busy moving to the reception and setting up for that we took a few minutes outside for a few more relaxed portraits. I love this time, it's one of the few moments a couple has to be alone on their day even if I am snapping away a bit. ;)
Mom's bakery in Sherman, Texas made the cakes. They were so delicious!
