I was really looking forward to this wedding! It had been 10 months since we shot their engagement session in Austin, and then we photographed Savanna's bridals in Florence, Texas a month before. I have loved getting to visit the Austin and Texas Hill Country area each time we traveled down there! I was also looking forward to seeing Savanna's brother, Trevor and his wife Alaina and their family, because we shot their wedding over two years ago!

On to the wedding: Savanna picked Brodie Homestead for their venue, which is one of the only Barn venue's hidden inside Austin. She wore a stunning gown by Sophia Tolli and the guys wore the most dashing navy tux's. The girls were in wrap dresses she found on Etsy. It rained the morning of the wedding and then from the first look to the ceremony it sprinkled, so we pulled out an umbrella and headed outside anyways for their portraits. I'm soooo glad we did because during the ceremony it rained! I think my favorite parts of the day are Savanna's grandpa performing the ceremony, the song her dad wrote and sang with her brother as a surprise, the cakes made by her friend and bridesmaid and Joshua's reaction to grooms cake she had made in secret (which was amazing!), and the groomsmen! They were sooooo much fun!
